Meeting with a delegation of Indian company «Infosys»

On February 1, 2012 in the Uzbek Agency of Communication and Information held a meeting with a delegation of the company «Infosys»: The head of division of company office in Great Britain Surazh Ramaprasad and head of division of company office in France, Marc Frank Lemeyr.
At the meeting be discussed cooperation prospects in the field of joint production of software products with the involvement of local experts. Also, during the visit, the delegation of «Infosys» hold meetings in MFERIT, "Uzbekneftegaz" NAC "Uzbekistan Airways", «Uzbekistan Railways", the Delegation of NMSC, as well as the Tashkent University of Information Technologies, "Uzbektelecom" Center «UNICON.UZ», Center «UZINFOCOM», IT-association of Uzbekistan in order to familiarize with the possibilities of investment cooperation and potential of the market of information technology and software.
The company «Infosys» was established in 1981, at the beginning the company had only seven employees, now, «Infosys» is the second largest IT company in India with a total income of 6.8 billion U.S. dollars. «Infosys» is represented in the global telecommunications market 64 offices and 68 development centers in the United States, India, China, Australia, Japan, the Middle East, UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Poland, Canada and many other countries. As of December 31, 2011, «Infosys» and its subsidiaries have more than 145 thousand employees. The company headquarters in Bangalore (India).
