A quarterly magazin «Infocommunications: networks, technologies, solutions» having been published from May, 2007. Its founders are Communications and Information Agency of Uzbekistan and Center of scientific-technical and marketing research SUE «UNICON.UZ».

From January, 2008 by the SCADT Presidium at the Cabinet of Ministries of the Republic of Uzbekistan the issue was included in the list of scientific publications recommended for scientific works’ publishing, which reflect the results of dissertations on competition of PhD and Doctor of Science degree.
