ALISHER NASIBULLAEVICH FAYZULLAEV Director of State Unitary Enterprise Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center “UNICON.UZ”. Born on 1966 in Tashkent. In 1988 graduated the Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communications in specialty Engineer of radiocommunications and broadcasting. From 1988 until 1992 held the positions of engineer, junior research assistant, senior research assistant in the Scientific Research Laboratory of Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communications. From 1992 to 1993 was the head of laboratory, deputy head of Scientific Research Centre of the Ministry of Communications. From 1993 until 1996 was the Supervising engineer in JSC “Nurtola”. From 1996 until January 1999 joined the Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center and held the positions of the head of testing laboratory, and head of department. From 2001 until August 2006 was the Director of LCC “ALKO”. From August, 2006 until April 2007 worked in the position of head of Electromagnetic Compatibility Analysis Department of the Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center. Since April, 2007 is in the position of Deputy Director of the State Unitary Enterprise Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center “UNICON.UZ”. . |

KHISLAT PULATOVICH KHASANOV Deputy Director of State Unitary Enterprise Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center “UNICON.UZ”. Born on 1968 in Tashkent. In 1993 graduated the Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communications with qualification of engineer of radiocommunications, broadcasting and television. From 1993 until 1997 worked as the engineer of Republican Center of Television. In 1997 was the Director of private scientific and technical company “Logic PFH”. Within 1997-1998 was in the position of the 1st categories engineer of Administration “Uzneftgazaloka”. Form 1998 until 2001 held the position of the head of Information Security Department of the Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center. In 2001-2002 worked as head of Network operation and security Department in the Subsidiary Enterprises “Intal Telecom”. From 2002 to 2003 held the position of deputy head in the Information Security Department of the Communications and Information Agency of Uzbekistan. From 2003 until 2005 the head of Scientific Research Department of Information Security, Cryptanalysis and Software of the Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center. From 2005 to 2008 worked as the Chief Adviser in the Presidential Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 2008 is the Deputy Director of the State Unitary Enterprise Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center “UNICON.UZ”. |

ABDUNOSIR ABDUVALIEVICH NIGMANOV Deputy Director of State Unitary Enterprise Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center “UNICON.UZ”. Was born in 1965 in Tashkent In 1987 graduated Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communications with qualification of Radiocommunication and broadcasting engineer Since 1987 till 1988 worked as the Engineer of the Department of Internal Affairs of October District executive committee. Since1988 till1991 was the Mechanical-technician of 2, 3, 4 categories in Furniture factory of Tashkent. Since 1992 till 1994 worked in the positions as the Commander of platoon, Head of Р-440 in M/D 52922. From 1994 to 2003 was in the position of the Engineer on marketing, Mechanical-technician of 4th category, Chief mechanic. From 2003 to June, 2008 worked in the positions of Senior Engineer, Head of Department in the Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center From 2008 to April, 2010 is the Head Scientific Research Department of Radiocommunications, Broadcasting and Electromagnetic compatibility of the State Unitary Enterprise Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center “UNICON.UZ”. Since April, 2010 held the position of Deputy Director of State Unitary Enterprise Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center “UNICON.UZ”. |

SINO SHAHABITDINOVICH KUTBIDINOV General Manager on Quality Born on 1954 in Tashkent Province. In 1976 graduated the Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communications with qualification of Telecommunication Engineer. From 1977 until 1980 he was the postgraduate student at the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute of Communications named after professor Bonch-Bruevich. Until 1993, S. Kutbiddinov held the positions of junior research assistant, senior research assistant in the Scientific Research Sector of Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communications. Since 1993 worked in the positions of senior research assistant, deputy head of the Scientific Research Centre of the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 1997 held the position of Deputy Director of the State Unitary Enterprise Scientific Engineering and Marketing Researches Center “UNICON.UZ”. |
